The problem we saw
Every growing team hits the same wall: the people who know how things work are too busy doing the work to write it down. When someone leaves or switches roles, weeks of context walk out the door with them.
The existing tools asked people to choose between low-effort screenshots with no context, or high-effort documentation that nobody has time to maintain. We thought there should be a third option: record what you already do, and let the software write the SOP.
What Glyde does
Glyde is a Chrome extension that watches you work and writes a step-by-step procedure from the recording. It captures clicks, navigation, form inputs, and screen context, then produces a structured SOP with purpose, scope, prerequisites, and annotated steps.
The output is not a list of screenshots. It is a document with enough context that someone unfamiliar with the process can follow it on day one.
