  • Internal kickoff brief completed by the sales team with client goals, pain points, and key contacts
  • Asana workspace license available for the project

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Manager

  • Schedule and lead the client kickoff call within 3 business days of contract signing
  • Set up the Asana project from the agency onboarding template
  • Own the client relationship and serve as the single point of contact for the first 30 days

Project Manager

  • Build the detailed project timeline in Asana with task dependencies and due dates
  • Assign internal team members to deliverable tasks within 24 hours of kickoff
  • Run the weekly internal status meeting and flag blockers before they reach the client

Creative Lead

  • Review all brand assets within 48 hours of receipt and flag missing items
  • Confirm brand guidelines are documented in the shared Google Drive folder
  • Approve the first deliverable before it goes to the client for review

  • Join the kickoff call for accounts above $10K monthly retainer
  • Review the onboarding checklist completion at the 14-day mark
  • Step in if the client escalates during the first 30 days

Procedure

The account manager sends a templated welcome email to the client's primary contact and any stakeholders listed in the SOW.
